Main Screen

From the main screen, you have access to all job schedules,
contacts, projects and job databases. When logged in
as a job superintendent, you only see the job schedules that
are assigned to you. |

Calendar
Window
 |
|
|
The Calendar provides a color coded look at your daily,
weekly or monthly tasks. It shows all pending, active
and suspended tasks for all of your jobs. |

Timeline Window
 |
|
|
The Timeline provides a look at your jobs using a
Gantt-style view. |
|
| |
|
|
Job Window
 |
|
|
The job window allows you to store details about the job,
including Permit Number, Floor Plan, Location, Client
Information and unlimited Notes. You can also attach
documents to your jobs so that when you email a work order,
you have the option of sending the attachment with the email
also. |

Contact Window
 |
|
|
The contact window allows you to store all of your contact
information, including Primary and Secondary Contact
Details, and Worker's Compensation and General Liability
Expiration Dates. |

Reports Window
 |
|

The software provides over 25 different reports that detail
all of the information stored in the database. Reports
can be previewed onscreen, or output to several output
options, including Print, PDF, Microsoft Word or Excel, and
HTML. |
